1. Who We Are

CIRQL is a product of Siress AG Ventures Corporation (“SAGVC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the CIRQL mobile application and the cirql.id website (collectively, the “Service”).

2. Information We Collect

Account information. When you create a CIRQL account we collect your name, email address, phone number, and any additional contact details you choose to add to your profile.

Contact data you share. CIRQL lets you control which parts of your contact information — phone numbers, email addresses, physical addresses, social profiles — are visible to each connection. We store this data so we can deliver live updates to the people you authorize.

Device and usage data. We collect standard analytics such as device type, operating system version, app version, crash logs, and anonymous usage statistics to improve performance and fix bugs.

Contacts permission (optional). If you grant access, CIRQL can read your device address book to help you find people you already know. We do not upload your full address book to our servers; matching is performed using hashed identifiers.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate, maintain, and improve the Service
• Deliver real-time contact updates to connections you have authorized
• Authenticate your identity and secure your account
• Send transactional emails (e.g., account verification, security alerts)
• Respond to support requests and feedback submitted via feedback@cirql.id
• Analyze aggregated, de-identified usage data to guide product development

We do not sell your personal information and we do not serve advertisements.

4. How We Share Your Information

With your connections. The core purpose of CIRQL is to share your contact details with people you choose. You control exactly what each connection can see through circle-based permissions, and you can revoke access at any time.

Service providers. We work with trusted third-party providers for hosting, analytics, and email delivery. These providers process data on our behalf and are contractually bound to protect it.

Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure, encrypted infrastructure. We use TLS for data in transit and AES-256 encryption for data at rest. While no system is 100 % secure, we apply industry-standard safeguards and conduct regular security reviews.

6. Your Rights and Choices

Access and portability. You can view and export all personal data stored in your CIRQL profile at any time from within the app.

Correction. You can update your contact information directly in the app — changes propagate to your connections instantly.

Deletion.You may delete your account at any time. When you do, we remove your profile and all associated data from our active systems within 30 days. Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 90 days.

Revoke sharing.You can revoke any connection’s access to your information at any time through circle management in the app.

7. Children’s Privacy

CIRQL is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

8. International Data Transfers

CIRQL operates infrastructure in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S. or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for any such transfers.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective date” at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you via email or an in-app notice.
